Exchange Policy

We do not support exchanges for bed linen products. Each order is custom-processed, and customers are prompted to confirm all details—including size, design, and quantity—before completing the purchase. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections related to item type, size, design, or delivery address.

However, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once canceled, you may place a new order with your preferred selection.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
  • Cancellation Fee: A 10% cancellation fee applies to the total order amount.

If a cancellation request is made after the 2-hour window, the order may already be in processing or shipping and cannot be canceled.


Return & Refund Policy

Our policy for bed linen returns remains effective for 30 days following delivery. After this period, no refunds or returns will be accepted.

Returns and refunds are granted under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The product differs from the ordered design, size, or material.
  • An incorrect item was received.

Please note, items must be returned in original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear or alteration, and must retain all original tags. Returned items with signs of use, washing, or modification will not qualify for refunds.

To initiate a return or refund, please provide:

  • Order confirmation
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos or evidence of defects or incorrect items

Return Instructions

  2. Wait for a confirmation email from our team, including the return address and specific instructions. Do not return items without confirmation, as we are not liable for lost packages.
  3. Once confirmed, ship the item at your expense and provide the tracking information in a separate email.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your return. Refunds cover the full order amount, including any original shipping fees.

For banking delays, check with your bank and credit card provider. Refunds typically reflect within 10–15 days of processing, depending on your card issuer’s policy.
